We maintain a strict high-precision tolerance of ±0.02mm and provide diverse surface treatment options, including electroplating, anodization, sandblasting, and powder coating. Certified to ISO9001:2015 and SGS standards, we use advanced testing equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and salt spray test chambers to ensure superior quality. Our molds boast high machining precision (flatness within 0.1mm), high strength, deformation resistance, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and a smooth machined surface (Ra1.6 roughness).
