The manufacturing process follows a complete sequence: "Drawing → Mold Making → Casting → CNC Machining (if required) → Surface Treatment → Product Testing → Packaging → Delivery", with tolerance accuracy tightly controlled at ±0.02mm. Surface treatment options are diverse, ranging from electroplating, chrome plating, zinc plating, and nickel plating to electrophoresis, anodization, polishing, sandblasting, passivation, powder coating, and spray painting. Holding ISO9001:2015 and SGS certifications, we utilize main testing facilities (CMM, salt spray test boxes, dynamic balance detectors, pneumatic detection) to guarantee compliance with ISO3522-84, ASTMB85-96, JISH5302:2000, and EN1706:1998. The molds excel in machining precision (flatness ≤0.1mm), strength, deformation resistance, conductivity, and appearance—boasting Ra1.6 roughness, no particles, spots, or coating detachment.
